How we handle your information

Operandis is a project by Jesus and Alex. When you apply through this website we store what you send us (and, for professionals, your CV) for one purpose: to evaluate your application and contact you about it.

What we store. The answers in the form, your CV if you are a professional, the date, and the technical data needed to protect the form from abuse (IP address and browser type).

Who sees it. Only the founders. We share a professional's profile with a company only after talking to the professional and with their agreement. We never sell your data.

How long. Applications we do not move forward with are deleted within 12 months. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Email. We send a confirmation and replies through Brevo, our email provider. We do not add you to any newsletter.

Your rights. You can ask for a copy, a correction or the deletion of your data, or object to its use, by writing to jesus@marquezconsulting.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in Portugal, the CNPD; in Spain, the AEPD).

Cookies. This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
